1. IT/CIM background for E3 system maintain. Target Majors in School : Information Engineering Skill required : a. Windows 2008 system maintain capability b. Windows IIS web service maintain capability c. Oracle DB maintain and table management capability d. Equipment automation concept capability (SECS/GEM experience is a plus) e. C# and .NET programming f. Plot engine application capability (plus item, T-chart, Spotfire, ProEsseneial, Silverlight) Job Description :
a. Multiple system maintain, includes server system, and laptop systems.
b. Troubleshooting and bug report of the application system
c. Equipment connectivity and maintain
d. Customized logic rule to support data process in system (Applied E3 system. Training will be provided)
e. External sensor driver development f. GUI development

2. Statistical background Target major in school : Math, Statistic, Physics, Chemistry, Skill Required :
a. Statistic capability for semiconductor process/equipment data analysis
b. Physics and chemistry knowledge on semiconductor materials and chemical reactions
c. Fault detection and diagnostic experience (is a plus)
